Do you even know what shrimp scampi is? you fry 5 cloves of garlic, shallots, and onions in butter and olive oil, cook in that shrimp which has been replaced with chicken because you are a cheapskate, add half a cup of wine, more oil and butter, then parsley, red peppers, and parmesan/romano cheese. Then you drink the rest of the wine with it, because you are just classy like that.
